No change-of-mind returns<\/h2>\n

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including ordering the wrong variety, size, or quantity, or no longer needing the item. Please check product details before ordering.<\/p>\n

Order cancellation<\/h2>\n

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is packed or dispatched. Once an order is packed, dispatched, or delivered, or a visit\/service has started, it cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Wrong, damaged, or missing items<\/h2>\n

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item is missing from your order, we will send a replacement or give a full refund for that item. To be eligible, report the issue with your order number and clear photos (and an unboxing photo or video where possible):<\/p>\n
